新型油烟净化器的工作原理是:含油烟气通过高压电场,在电晕区的高压放电线上加有12Kv的直流负电压,与接地电极板间形成具有很强电位差的不均匀电场;放电线产生电晕放电,产生大量的自由电子负离子,负离子附着在烟气中的微粒上,使烟气里的油腻粒子荷电,然后带负电的粒子流向集尘区的阳极板;在集尘区,正、负电极板交替排列,电极板之间有均匀电场,当带负电的微粒进入电场后,受库仑力的作用流向并附着在阳极板上。另外,烟尘中的有害气体能被电场内所产生的臭氧分解,去除异味,有害气体也被除掉。其工作流程见图1。该设备油烟去除率达91%以上,洁净的空气经排出口达标排放。
The working principle of the new type of oil fume purifier is that
the oil smoke through the high voltage electric field and the negative
voltage of 12Kv in the high voltage power line of the corona area, and
the uneven electric field with a strong potential difference between the
grounding electrode plate and the grounding electrode plate; the corona
discharge is produced by the discharge line, producing a large number
of free electron negative ions and the negative ions attached to the
smoke. On the particles in the gas, the greasy particles in the flue gas
are charged and then the negative particles flow to the anode plate in
the dust collecting area. In the dust collecting area, the positive and
negative electrode plates are arranged alternately, and the electrode
plates have uniform electric field. In addition, the harmful gas in the
smoke can be decomposed by ozone generated in the electric field to
remove odor and harmful gas. The work flow is shown in Figure 1. The oil
fume removal rate of the equipment is more than 91%, and the clean air
is discharged through the discharge standard.
