1、风管的４个角插入法兰角；

2、将风管扳边自成的法兰面四周均匀地填充密封胶；

3、法兰的组合，并从法兰的４个角套入法兰夹；

4、4个法兰角上紧螺栓；

5、用手虎钳将法兰夹连同两个法兰一起钳紧；

6、法兰夹距离法兰角的尺寸为150mm左右，两个法兰夹之间的空位尺寸为230mm左右。法兰边长1500mm的，用4个法兰夹；法兰边长在900-1200mm的，用3个法兰夹；法兰边长600mm的，用2个法兰夹；法兰边长在450mm以下的，在中间使用１个法兰夹。

1、当共板法兰风管的槽形板或π形板宽度小于630mm时，板面不设滚压加强筋；当宽度大于或等于630mm时，板面必须设滚压加强筋，加强筋间距在300～400之间。

2、当风管长边尺寸大于800mm时，必须采取加固措施。加固措施可以采用立筋、角钢（内外加固）、扁钢、加固筋和管内支撑等形式。

支、吊架间距

Distance between support and hanger

1、支、吊架不得安装在风口、阀门、检查孔等处。吊架不得直接吊在法兰上。

1, supports and hangers shall not be installed at draught, valves, inspection holes, etc. The hanger shall not be directly suspended from the flange.

2、当水平悬吊的主、干风管长度超过20m时，应设置防止摆动的固定点，每个系统不少于1个。

3、共板法兰风管一般用于空调系统、排风系统，法兰垫料一般用密封胶带、闭孔海棉橡胶板或其他闭孔弹性材料。

角钢法兰风管的制作、安装

1、矩形风管角钢法兰材料规格及螺栓和铆钉孔距（mm）

1. Material specification and bolt and rivet hole distance of angle steel flange of rectangular air duct (mm)

2、风管法兰的螺栓或铆钉的间距不应大于150mm，高压系统不得大于100mm，矩形风管法兰的四角部位应设有螺孔。

2, the distance between the bolts or rivets of the air pipe flange should not be greater than 150mm, the high pressure system should not be larger than 100mm, and the four corners of the rectangular air duct flange should be equipped with screw holes.

3、角钢法兰风管一般用于防排烟系统、正压送风系统，法兰垫料一般用石棉橡胶板。
