1、风管的４个角插入法兰角；

6、法兰夹距离法兰角的尺寸为150mm左右，两个法兰夹之间的空位尺寸为230mm左右。法兰边长1500mm的，用4个法兰夹；法兰边长在900-1200mm的，用3个法兰夹；法兰边长600mm的，用2个法兰夹；法兰边长在450mm以下的，在中间使用１个法兰夹。

支、吊架间距

1、支、吊架不得安装在风口、阀门、检查孔等处。吊架不得直接吊在法兰上。

2、当水平悬吊的主、干风管长度超过20m时，应设置防止摆动的固定点，每个系统不少于1个。

3、共板法兰风管一般用于空调系统、排风系统，法兰垫料一般用密封胶带、闭孔海棉橡胶板或其他闭孔弹性材料。

1、矩形风管角钢法兰材料规格及螺栓和铆钉孔距（mm）

2、风管法兰的螺栓或铆钉的间距不应大于150mm，高压系统不得大于100mm，矩形风管法兰的四角部位应设有螺孔。
