打开设备的门后，抽出电场之前要先将电场残余电荷进行放电。拿着螺丝刀的绝缘手柄，用螺丝刀的导电部分短接电场的正负极，完成放电。虽然教程使用的油烟器配置有便携的油污收集抽屉，但长期使用中，机箱内侧仍然可能附着大量油污，建议一并清洗干净！

第二步 拿出防护网和防护网

打开维护门，放电操作有拧下固定电场的螺栓，再用手抽拉电场两侧，在电场即将抽出时，末端用手扶住，防止突然脱落，使电场受损。(注意电场要轻拿轻放，不能挤压，重摔)

第三步 拆卸绝缘子，清洗电场

如果不太脏时可用高压水枪加家用洗洁精喷洗或用热水加家用洗洁精泡洗。如果积垢比较严重，则可用重量比为1:25的烧碱与热水混合溶液泡洗较为快捷经济彻底，用烧碱泡洗后必须用干净的清水冲洗各部位的残留烧碱。

第四步 绝缘子的清洗

在绝缘子上喷酒精，然后用干抹布擦干，需要把绝缘子和绝缘瓷上边的油污清洁干净；检查发现绝缘子如有烧坏的痕迹或者有裂痕，则要更换掉；
