一、风管法兰连接

One, wind pipe flange connection

1、法兰密封垫料。选用不透气、不产尘、弹性好的材料，法兰垫料应尽量减少接头，接头形式采用阶梯形或企口形，接头处应涂密封胶。法兰之间的垫料应符合设计要求。

1, flange sealing material. With the material that is breathable, no dust and good elasticity, the flange gasket should be reduced to the joint as far as possible. The joint form should be staircase or the mouth shape. The joint should be coated with sealant. The material between the flanges should be in accordance with the design requirements.

2、法兰连接时，首先按要求垫好垫料，然后把两个法兰先对正，穿上几颗螺栓并戴上螺母，不要上紧。再用尖冲塞进未上螺栓的螺孔中，把两个螺孔撬正，直到所有螺栓都穿上后，拧紧螺栓。紧螺栓时应按十字交叉逐步均匀的拧紧。风管连接好后，以两端法兰为准，拉线检查风管连接是否平直。

2, when the flange is connected, first lay up the padding according to the requirements, then put the two flanges right first, put on a few bolts and put on the nuts, do not tighten up. Then use the sharp thrust to plug into the screw holes on the bolts which are not on the bolt, and pry the two holes until all the bolts are put on, then tighten the bolts. Tighten bolts should be tightened gradually across the cross. When the duct is connected, check the connection of the wind pipe with the two ends flange.

3、不锈钢风管法兰连接的螺栓，宜用同材质的不锈钢制成，如用普通碳素钢，应按设计要求喷涂涂料。

3. The bolts for connecting the flanges of the stainless steel air pipes should be made of stainless steel of the same material. If ordinary carbon steels are used, spray paint should be designed according to the design requirements.

4、铝板风管法兰连接应采用镀锌螺栓，并在法兰两侧垫镀锌垫圈。

5、非金属风管连接两法兰端面应平行、严密，法兰螺栓两侧应加镀锌垫圈；复合材料风管采用法兰连接时，应有防冷桥措施。

5. The end faces of the two flanges should be parallel and strict, and galvanized gaskets should be added on both sides of the flange bolts. When the composite wind pipe is connected with the flange, the anti cooling bridge should be taken.

6、连接法兰的螺栓应均匀拧紧，其螺母宜在同一侧。

二、风管无法兰连接

Two. No flanged connection of wind pipe

1、承插式风管连接：适用于矩形或圆形风管连接。先制作连接管，然后插入两侧风管，再用自攻螺栓或拉铆钉将其紧密固定，风管连接处的四周应一致，无明显的弯曲或褶皱；内涂的密封胶应完整，外粘的密封胶带应粘贴牢固、完整无缺陷。

1. Socket type duct connection: suitable for connection of rectangular or circular duct. First make the connecting pipe, then insert the two sides of the wind pipe, then use the self - attack bolt or pull rivet to fix it tightly. There should be no obvious bending or wrinkle around the wind pipe connection. The inner coated sealant should be complete and the adhesive tape should be sticked firmly and completely without defect.

2、薄钢板法兰形式风管连接：要求弹性插条、弹簧夹或紧固螺栓的间距不应大于150mm，且分布均匀，无松动现象。

2. Thin steel flange type air duct connection: the spacing between elastic cuttings, spring clamps or fastening bolts should not be greater than 150mm, and the distribution is uniform without loosening.

3、插条式风管连接：适用于矩形风管，要求连接后的板面应平整、无明显弯曲。

3. Cutting air duct connection: it is suitable for rectangular air duct, and the surface of the connection should be smooth without obvious bending.
