2.1保温性能

超级风管的管壁为离心玻璃纤维板，导热系数小（平均温度24度时是0.029W /m / K，70度时是0.04W /m /K），特别是外表复合铝箔布具有很高的热反射能力，且其强度和韧性均大大超过铝箔纸，不易破损。因其风管壁即为保温层，管道采用榫接、T形内框架对接和铁皮插接（或外法兰连接），使整个风管各部位保温均匀，无冷桥现象产生，具有良好的保温绝热性能。而镀锌铁皮风管和无机玻璃钢风管均无保温性能，须另加保温层和保温防护层。

超级风管是以不燃性玻璃纤维棉板为基材，采用自制阻燃性粘合剂（获国家专利），将铝箔布和玻璃丝布分别复合在基材的两侧。因而成品风管属不燃材料，符合GB8624- 1997《建筑材料燃烧性能分级方法》A级，具有良好防火性能。而镀锌铁皮风管和无机玻璃钢风管虽属不燃材料，但其保温材料是否燃烧要依材质而定，原采用聚苯乙烯板做夹层，因在外加火源作用下会产生有毒气体，逐步被淘汰。现通常选用离心玻璃棉等不燃保温材料作夹层，因强度等问题，产品质量尚不是很稳定。

Nowadays, centrifugal glass wool and other non thermal insulation materials are usually used as interlayer, because of the strength and other problems, the product quality is not very stable.

2.3消声性能

超级风管的管壁是一种多孔性吸声材料，对中、高频声波具有良好的吸声效果，有数据表明，中频在1 000HZ～2 000HZ，管径500 mm～320 mm情况下，其消声量可达到18 dB /m～21dB /m，是一个很好的管式消声器，可以消除来自空调设备的一次噪声及阀体、管件等处产生的二次噪声，随着管道的延长，效果更为明显，故可省去专用消声器。而镀锌铁皮风管和无机玻璃钢风管均无消声性能，须加消声器。
