一、风管法兰连接

One, wind pipe flange connection

1、法兰密封垫料。选用不透气、不产尘、弹性好的材料，法兰垫料应尽量减少接头，接头形式采用阶梯形或企口形，接头处应涂密封胶。法兰之间的垫料应符合设计要求。

1, flange sealing material. The airtight, no dust production and elastic material, flange gasket should minimize joints, joints using ladder shaped or rabbet shaped joints should be coated with sealant. The material between the flanges should be in accordance with the design requirements.

2、法兰连接时，首先按要求垫好垫料，然后把两个法兰先对正，穿上几颗螺栓并戴上螺母，不要上紧。再用尖冲塞进未上螺栓的螺孔中，把两个螺孔撬正，直到所有螺栓都穿上后，拧紧螺栓。紧螺栓时应按十字交叉逐步均匀的拧紧。风管连接好后，以两端法兰为准，拉线检查风管连接是否平直。

3、不锈钢风管法兰连接的螺栓，宜用同材质的不锈钢制成，如用普通碳素钢，应按设计要求喷涂涂料。

3. The bolts connected by stainless steel wind pipe flanges should be made of stainless steel with the same material. For example, the paint should be sprayed according to the design requirements with ordinary carbon steel.

4、铝板风管法兰连接应采用镀锌螺栓，并在法兰两侧垫镀锌垫圈。

5、非金属风管连接两法兰端面应平行、严密，法兰螺栓两侧应加镀锌垫圈；复合材料风管采用法兰连接时，应有防冷桥措施。

6、连接法兰的螺栓应均匀拧紧，其螺母宜在同一侧。

二、风管无法兰连接

Two. No flanged connection of wind pipe

1、承插式风管连接：适用于矩形或圆形风管连接。先制作连接管，然后插入两侧风管，再用自攻螺栓或拉铆钉将其紧密固定，风管连接处的四周应一致，无明显的弯曲或褶皱；内涂的密封胶应完整，外粘的密封胶带应粘贴牢固、完整无缺陷。

1, socket type wind pipe connection: suitable for rectangular or circular wind pipe connection. First make the connection pipe, and then inserted on both sides of the wind pipe, and tapping bolts or rivets to be tightly fixed, the wind pipe around the link should be consistent, no obvious bend or fold; coated with sealant should be complete, sealing tape bonding should be firmly attached and complete without defect.

2、薄钢板法兰形式风管连接：要求弹性插条、弹簧夹或紧固螺栓的间距不应大于150mm，且分布均匀，无松动现象。

3、插条式风管连接：适用于矩形风管，要求连接后的板面应平整、无明显弯曲。
